Hoarfrost: Part THREE

I am just mesmerized by the beauty! I expecially like the ones with the blue contrast against the dark sky! quite lovely!

The sun does make the Hoar Frost glisten...our ice storm gave us a similar look yesterday.

They just get better and better Joan. It's going to be 70 today in eastern NC but it will only last this one day, then back to winter!

With so much of the country suffering under enormous accumulations of snow and blizzard conditions, this might not be the best day to appreciate pictures of things frosty!! LOL!! :)

One of my favorite sights is to awaken to a hoar frost. I also like to drive through an area that looks like it is covered with a heavy dusting of powdered sugar. You captured the phenomenon beautifully.
