We have a WINNER!!! September's FREE PHOTO Contest!:

It is getting harder and harder for them to decide on a winner and get back to me.

But the deed is done, 

and I am happy to congratulate the winner!!!

So, without further delay....

If you remember, she also won in July for her spectacular photo of the eagle catch on the beach!

I love this picture, it is something like the one you sent me Joan ........ which I so love. This is a special picture with that rainbow, I have never seen one at the bottom of a waterfall.....:-) Hugs
