ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the award, I am tickled and humbled. The photo was taken last summer while still nursing a broken leg. I would go out on the patio each morning, sit on my walker with camera and coffee in hand and watch the sun come up over my flowers. That particular morning I noticed the dotted antenna peeping from behind the purple petals. Was not easy but I managed to contort myself into a certain position as to not scare the bug and slide off my walker at the same time. He is a beauty and I so enjoyed snapping this Katydid till he had enough and buried himself deep into the plant where lens nor I could follow.
