Remembering Autumn.....

I do not know what is going on with Blogger!

When I went on the past few days to try and load my photos, it would not let me.
No way, no how.

I finally tried through Google Chrome and now it will only let me
go through a back door way and only through HTML
posting of my photos...
anyone else having these problems???

It is SO frustrating, especially since I paid for the extra program
to have my photos published!

There, now that I have vented, let's move on, shall we?

I have a ton of pictures to still show you from spring through fall of last year...
as you remember I took some time off from blogging as I was doing so much photography
that I just didn't have time to post-process the shots, much less blog them.

So, here we go with some fall shots for you!

I just loved these seed pods....I don't know the name of the bush that gives us them, but they are few and far between in the woods and when I see some in the autumn, I just have to stop and take some shots!:

A storm 'abrewin':

If you look reallll close, you can see two wild swans in the left side of the photo:

I doubt if these were edible, but these sure were colorful and full of texture!:

Here are the swans a bit closer up!:

If you are having my frustrations with loading your photos, or have any suggestions to help me through, let me know....
and, I am leaving for a tropical vacation to Mexico in a few days, so will be gone again for a week or so, but I shall return and will be reading your comments when I get back..
until then, stay warm and we will talk again soon!

  2. I have not experienced what you are struggling with, but I know it is a pain in the neck. Sometimes I get so upset with Blogger I want to move away. All of your shots are so pretty. The close up of the swans so nice. Whatever the red things are, I do not think I would be eating them. I agree with you that the photo is full of texture. Hop[e you are having a wonderful trip. genie

  3. I'm sorry Blogger is giving you trouble especially after forking money over to them. It might help to check their forum pages. Your photos are just gorgeous and I'm glad you were able to get them to post, at least via html. That's how I opt to post mine, these days. Just the image part, mind you. I do the rest in compose. I hope the problem is resolve by the time you're back from holidays. Enjoy your trip.. I'm sure you will. Safe travels!

  4. It makes me wonder if they have your account screwed up so they think you haven't paid. I can always download from picasa as it comes up as one of my choice to download. I suppose you could put them into a folder and download from that but that doesn't fix the problem of being able to download from your storage area. I suppose there isn't a hotline or website to consult.

  7. gorgeous shots! every one of them!

yes, lots of bloggers are reporting this issue. some have no problem if they use chrome. some have tried the html back door method to some degree of success. definitely a glitch so you're not alone. i've seen at least 8 or more report it. :(

  11. I had this problem too! To avoid purchasing any more storage, I have been resizing my photos.. if you keep them under 800x600 pixels they can be uploaded fine! Hope this helps :-)
