This is at a place called "Jasper Knob" near Ishpeming Michigan, where we lived for 14 years.
It is about 25 miles from where we live now:
Look close! There are five large birds in their early autumn flight back south: (what do you think they are?):

ReplyDeleteWe do have a beautiful country, don't we? It looks so different from Mumbai, India...although I'm sure there are beautiful areas of India far from metropolis which went crazy for Oprah Winfrey's arrival recently.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful sights. I don't know the water fowl identity. I really like the lichen shot. The waves in Michigan could be Superior or Lake Michigan, right??? I guess I need to look at a map. Have a great day. Stay out of the water though today as it is just too cold.
