Rocks, waves, Coves and a Lighthouse!!

Today:
some more pictures of Lake Superior in
the late Autumn for you.

It was quite windy the day I headed out there to take photos:

The lighthouse at Presque Isle in Marquette, Michigan:

Can you hear the waves?:

I love going out to this place to take photos.

It changes with the weather, the wind, the light, the season....
and
it is one of the most photographed places in the area where I live....

I will be going out in the next few weeks to get some winter shots again of this place
to share with you soon....

Hope you have a great day!!

  5. The Great Lakes have always been fascinating to me. Living in the middle of corn and bean fields they are actually magical. Your photos with the waves are so great. I like the sound of the waves coming in and splashing on the rocks.
