If he was singing his happy song at midnight right under my apartment window however, I might be tempted to want him to sing a little more softly. I don't think I would call the police to do the dirty work though. Most people are reasonable, if treated with kindness and respect. A polite request to lower the volume would most likely do the trick.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3803801517332763895.post-29267164000425795442010-08-23T09:07:06.059-04:002010-08-23T09:07:06.059-04:00Maybe he sang "You Make Me Wanna Shout" ...Maybe he sang "You Make Me Wanna Shout" next.sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00845104545957402306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3803801517332763895.post-13036380317130271712010-08-23T02:18:28.509-04:002010-08-23T02:18:28.509-04:00Oh Joan I run into these homeless men often when I...Oh Joan I run into these homeless men often when I have to go downtown....very few are singing but I would be happy if they were.....there but for the grace of God go I....you are a sweetie....:) HugsBerniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03024565921761129108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3803801517332763895.post-84668787984761383362010-08-22T16:59:15.053-04:002010-08-22T16:59:15.053-04:00I wouldn't discourage anyone who was happy eno...I wouldn't discourage anyone who was happy enough to sing, especially the homeless. Crazy, huh???? But--they don't want others telling them what they can or cannot do... I am glad that homeless man was happy and was singing... BUT--if he were right below my window, and keeping me awake at nights, maybe I wouldn't be too happy about it... Most of the time, they are not near others --and I can't imagine why his singing would bother someone else....????
